- ursprünglich als Wohngebäude (Erdgeschoss, 1. und 2. Obergeschoss mit unausgebautem Dachgeschoss) im Jahr 1891 genehmigt; Bauherr war Zimmermeister Johann Nikol Schödel
- Nutzungsänderung im Jahre 1892: Erdgeschoss mit Gaststätte (enthielt Nebenraum, Gastraum, Küche und Pissoir im Hof) (Georg Kaiser)
- Besitzwechsel: Herr Taubenreuther (1947), Bavaria Brauerei Hof (siehe hierfür Werbetafeln in diesen Fotos hier) (1969) und EKU-Brauerei (1976)
- 1973: Genehmigung für eine Reklame "Petit Paris" (kleines Paris). Nun wurde es als Schankwirtschaft ("Scharfes Eck") mit Kabarettveranstaltungen bezeichnet.
- Genoss keinen Denkmalschutz
